Carrie Lannon Headshot

“Working with top lifestyle companies demanded that I understand how a brand distinguishes itself and how it aligns its public communications to a cohesive brand strategy.  I apply that same big brand thinking to help Lannon Consulting clients elevate and expand their brand presence. Telling a brand’s story in an exciting new way is at the heart of our work.”

Carrie Lannon

Two words summarize Carrie Lannon’s career – “startup success.” Whether starting a new department within a multi-billion-dollar company, creating a launch plan for a startup business, or designing a fresh start for an existing business, Carrie merges her experience in communications, branding and public relations with razor-sharp precision to elevate brands.

Carrie infuses her entrepreneurial drive into every project, starting with her marketing agency, Lannon Communications. For 12 years, the marketing firm specialized in brand activations for renowned lifestyle companies, including Tiffany & Co., Prada, Equinox Fitness Clubs, Louis Vuitton, Mercedes-Benz and W Hotels.

Later, as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for Merchandise Mart Properties Inc. (MMPI), Carrie was recruited to create a new sponsorship department for MMPI’s consumer shows, including the prestigious international art fair, Armory Show New York. In her first year, she grew sponsor revenue to over $1 million.

Carrie was also recruited to create a new public relations department for ULTA Beauty, a publicly traded, $2 billion store group with 1000+ locations and e-commerce. As National Director of Public Relations, she expanded brand awareness by delivering a 2000% increase in ULTA’s social media fan base to one million followers and a 900% increase in publicity. During her tenure, Forbes and Fortune media named the brand one of America’s fastest-growing companies.

Today, as principal of Lannon Consulting, Carrie continues to leverage her communications expertise to create new strategic gateways for businesses.
